Orders shipping within the UK:
FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the UK.

Orders shipping within the EU region:
All orders are a flat £25 rate.

**NOTE: 20% VAT will be added to all orders

For orders shipping to countries outside of the EU region:
Please note that additional shipping costs will apply. A customer service representative will contact you within 1-2 business days after your order to provide a shipping quote.
 

• What is the Wolf Designs return policy?

  All returns must be authorized within 14 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.Items not returned in new condition and/or without original packaging and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee..
  
  A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please contact a Wolf Designs Customer Service Representative at 866.289.9653 to obtain a Return Authorization and for further return instructions.
